The Burrowing Owl Conservation Network is spearheading a PETITION to urge the state of California to develop, release for public comment, and implement a Comprehensive Conservation Strategy for Burrowing Owls without further delay. A letter with all signatures will be hand-delivered to top decision makers in Sacramento as we voice the concerns of environmental scientists, biologists, conservationists, Department of Fish and Game employees, organizations, and the people.
